The USER shall not publish or distribute in any way inappropriate, offensive or unlawful material or information. OTHERSThese Terms are binding for both the SITE and all of its USERS. Both parties are considered informed and consent to any changes in the Terms from the date of their publication on the SITE. The USER is solely responsible to be always informed with any changes in these Terms. Use of the service after changes in the General Conditions means you agree with these changes. These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. For all disputes arising out of or relating to the SITE, you submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Sofia, Bulgaria. Printed version of this document and any notices transmitted electronically by the SITE will be acceptable in judicial or administrative proceedings based on or relating to these Terms and Conditions in the same manner and under the same conditions as other commercial documents and records originally prepared in printed form.
